Meditation for Anxiety Relief
This meditation is designed for use when you feel anxious or have ruminative thoughts.
It is common for all of us to feel anxious, but if your anxiety is debilitating and affecting your daily life, please reach out to your healthcare provider, like your doctor and a therapist.
Please take a few moments to get settled, grab your favourite blanket, and listen to this calming and grounding meditation.
Body Scan Meditation
This mindfulness practice involves slowly and intentionally bringing your attention to different parts of your body, to notice sensations, tension, or discomfort without judgment. Get comfortable and take a few deep breaths to settle in.
Loving-kindness Meditation
Also known as Metta meditation, this practice is rooted in Buddhist tradition. The core idea is to cultivate feelings of love, compassion, and goodwill—first toward yourself, then gradually extending out to others, including people you love, strangers, and even those you may have conflicts with.

“To the mind that is still, the whole universe surrenders.”
— Lao Tzu
