Empowering You to Heal, Thrive, and Find Your Direction
Trauma-Informed.
Somatic Based.
Attachment Lens.
Culturally-informed therapy for anxiety, depression, grief, and family challenges—guiding you toward clarity, resilience, and growth.
Are you navigating trauma, family challenges, or life transitions and need support that truly understands your experience?
Do you want to heal, grow, and find clarity while honouring your cultural and personal journey?"
Welcome – I’m Patricia (she/her/hers), also known as 文玲 WenLing, meaning “Warm Spirit/Soul.”
My practice is rooted in trust, connection, and your own inner capacity to heal. In a culture that often encourages disconnection, many of us have lost the ability to fully feel our emotions, grieve, or connect with our bodies and each other. I take an active, empowering approach to therapy, giving you the tools and guidance to do the work while trusting in your resilience.
When we work together, my goal is to help you reconnect with your inner resources, feel fully in your body and being, and allow yourself to be seen by others. I believe that when we cultivate mental, physical, and spiritual well-being, it not only transforms our own lives but also enables us to show up with greater kindness toward the people around us—and toward Mother Earth.
If you’re ready to reconnect, heal, and step into a more empowered, embodied life, let’s start this journey together. Book a session today and take the first step toward clarity, connection, and growth.
Let’s Work Together
Find Healing. Find Home. Within Yourself.
Discover both your light and your shadow, and reconnect with yourself in a way that nurtures both personal and collective healing. Here, your voice is heard, and your experience is truly seen.
“I’ve benefitted countless times from Patricia’s skill as a practitioner, both with individuals and groups.”
Referring clients her way, particularly Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour, and especially couples, is such a relief – I know they are going to be held with care and sensitivity, and she will never minimize the impacts of racialized trauma on their relationships to self, each other, family, and society.
– C.S.
My practice is grounded in cultural humility, trauma-informed care, and a commitment to creating a safe and affirming space where your story is heard without judgment.
As a woman of colour myself, I bring lived insight and a deep understanding of the unique strengths and challenges our communities face.
“Patricia’s calming presence allows me to feel safe and supported.”
Patricia is compassionate and empathetic. Her experience in somatic work, Chinese medicine and a deep sense of community allows me to be fully myself in sessions.
I can share, breathe, and be present with myself in the trusting environment she creates with her grounded, non-judgemental approach.
