Over the years, I have had the privilege of supporting clients from diverse communities, including those who have experienced racism, discrimination, other forms of oppression, and complex family dynamics. These experiences have deepened my understanding of how our relationships, communities, and the broader social systems we live within can influence our mental health and wellbeing. I bring this awareness into my work while always centring your individual experience.

I support people navigating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, personal and collective grief, loss, fertility challenges, difficult family relationships, low self-esteem and self-worth, and existential questions. I also work with those who are feeling stuck or disconnected, or who are searching for greater meaning, purpose, and fulfilment in their lives. Above all, I strive to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and accepted—where we can work together to explore what matters most to you and move toward the life you want to live.

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and discuss more in depth regarding what has brought you to counselling. We'll explore your goals, concerns, and any background you'd like to share to help me better understand your experiences. There is no pressure to share everything at once—you can share as much or as little as feels comfortable. The session is simply an open, supportive conversation where we begin to explore how I can best support you.

Individual counselling sessions are $170 per session. I offer a free 15-minute consultation to help you determine whether we're a good fit and to answer any questions you may have.

All sessions are conducted online through Zoom, a secure and confidential video platform. Research has shown that online therapy can be just as effective as in-person counselling while offering the added convenience of receiving support from the comfort and privacy of your own space.
Providing therapy online also allows me to offer accessible care to a wider range of clients, including those who are immunocompromised, have mobility challenges, or find it difficult to attend in-person appointments. My goal is to make therapy as comfortable, convenient, and accessible as possible, so you can focus on your healing wherever you are.
